Selected individuals are assigned Review assignments.
Phase 2
Potential Field teams are identified.
Teams establish contacts with list of institutions.
Phase 3
Tools are deployed by the teams in the school to record preliminary Data.
Phase 4
The preliminary Data is published in visual format by Core Communications team.
Field teams formulate construction of Tool deployment module.
Phase 5
Regional Deployment plan is drafted.
Regional Recruitment committee performs Recruitment and allocating assignments.
Regional Human Resource Development committee oversees Field Deployment Training Program.
Phase 6
Regional Data collection and visual formatting team is identified.
Modules are prepared for Training of Trainer session is prepared.
Phase 7
State wide deployment plan is drafted.
Resources for successful tool deployment, data collection and visual formatting are made available online.
Phase 8
Progress and data quality is monitored by State oversight committee.
