· To implement COC SM public health tool to monitor health of urban youth in real time with use of Picture Archiving and Communication format.
· To develop modules for implementation COCSM for collection of basic health information at regular interval.
· To develop collaborative communication for institutions, organizations and population on changing health trend.
· To train educationist, families and individuals on use of COCSM public health tool.
